I Don't own a repair shop but I am a ford lover!!!
EXACTLY 6.0 liters with filter. Part number for oil filter from Ford= FL-820-S. 15mm size wrench needed to remove drian plug. The answer I gave you is SPECIFICALLY for the 3.0L V6 Duratec DOHC 24 valve, NOT the 3.0L V6 "Vulcan", 12 valve OHV, which only takes 5 liters.Hope this helps.Good Luck!!

I you are changing the oil/filter then put 4.5 in it. Start the vehicle and make sure there are no leaks. Shut it off and check it again. Add another half quart if need be.

i own a repair shop, and i think its around 5 quarts, but to be sure just look in the owners manual it tells all this information and its accurate also, some times a different filter will make one hold a little more or less of oil, always fill it until its on the full line,i usually change the oil add 4 quarts to it run it for a minute or two then cut it off and add whats needed to finish filling it up,this way you know its full,,good luck i hoe this help,s.

if it's a 4 cylinder you put 4 quarts in if it's a 6 cylinder you put in 5 quarts. An 8 cylinder also receives 5 quarts. Good luck.

5 qts. Look in the maintenance schedule in the owners manual. All that information is in there.
