You will need to look into "nearest neighbour" alrgorithms and the chinease postman algorithm for this. Its quite hard to understand as i have just done it in maths AS level! But you should be able to get the hang of it

The South Node is not a bad place... it can be looked at as stuff you already know... things you have already learned... some look at it as past life stuff... but remember, "things you already know" is a form of experience, wisdom & strength... so I can't see any harm in using anything that encourages and strengthens the South Node... Now you don't want to focus all your energy on it, but it doesn't have to be an either/or situation. There's nothing wrong with enjoying your South Node. And in your case, with your Sun in Scorpio... well the Sun is a large part of who you are and I can't see any good coming from ignoring or denying that part of you. And remember, signs in opposition aren't that different from each other. They are two sides of the same coin. Metaphorically speaking, hot understands cold... night understands day... left understand right... they compliment each other... Just make sure that when you are faced with major life decisions, you aim them in the direction of the North Node, the sign it is in, and also important, the house it is in.

Traceroute (tracert in DOS) is already on your machine. It will tell you the current path. It's often not possible to identify the shortest possible path especially across the Internet.
