Yes. I live in Denver, CO and from time to time it gets cold. The air is very dry however, so it rarely feels cold. And in the winter, if the sun is out, it can feel nice and toasty even when the temperature is low.

I used to think it did, till I lived in the North for a couple years. Cold and snow are so invigorating! They make the inside of places seem so cozy and inviting. Especially when you can look out and see lots of snow! And Christmas is wonderful.

In the winter it gets very cold. There have been times where it has hit -40 celcius (with wind chill)

i live in ct, and in winter it usually in the 10's-30's but it does get as cold as -30 sometimes

Not to my way of thinking (I grew up in northern Ohio); around here (central Oklahoma) it never gets down below 15 above zero Fahrenheit. Where I grew up, it never got above 15 for weeks at a time.

Depends what you consider cold. If you consider -40 celsius cold then yeah.....

not so cold it snows. sometimes there is ice on the roads and cars though. I make snowballs out of it and throw them at people.
