The Clearwater beaches will probably be your best bet. When I-75 gets into the Tampa area, look for I-4 West. Take I-4 West and it merges into I-275 South. Follow signs on I-275 toward Tampa International Airport and Clearwater. Take State Route 60 toward Clearwater and follow signs to beaches.

Disney is in the middle of the state so a coastline might want to be about an hour a nil.5 away.
