Talk of guardian angels makes me puke. Where were the angels of the people killed in the Tsunami? In the Holocaust? In earthquake, pandemic, war throughout history?
When stupid people relate what they consider to be a cosy comforting anecdote about what they perceive as angelic intervention, do they actually think it through - what sort of bastards are these angels, to protect a chosen few and leave the mass of humanity to suffer and die? What criteria do they use? In what way are some people more worthy of angelic assistance than other?
Stupid, stupid, stupid.

I don't believe I know I do.I'm a x drug user that has been clean over ten years. When I look back at the places I went to get drugs and the amount of drugs I used. You better believe I had a guardian angel.I am now a school bus driver with a 18 yr old son that is in college. Plus I volunteer at the dare program.I beleive I went through everything so I could tell young people what it is really like. Not text book crap.I feel sorry for Avondrow.Everything happens for a reason. You have to look at the bigger picture.

Yes, I have a guardian angel but that does not mean I escape responsibility for things. Nor does it mean I can be saved from disasters etc if my time is up. Guardian angels are not God, so are probably limited in the amount of protection they can give.

yes there are guardian angels God has them watching over us always we still have to answer for our wrongs and may not always understand things but the angels are there when it is our time to go the angels guide us to God if i did not have guardian angels i would not be able to cope with life right now i just lost a grown son but he was still my child and his death was due to a corrupt legal system when the person is finally brought to justice i will request that he not get an unreasonable sentence because my angels have reminded me that this person also has guardian angels and a family that loves him and i certainly dont want to inflict the pain on his family that he has inflicted on mine only God has that say so and he guides the angels with the right advise

Yes, Yes, Yes

If it were not for my guardian angel, I would really have ended up making bad choices, or worse killing myself or some one else.
Example:
I borrowed a big ol car some years ago from a freind. He did ask if I had insurance, I lied, and said I did. Well, I am a very good driver so one little white lie shouldn't matter.
I was driving down the freeway and I never go exactly the speed limit, in fact I go a little under it, to "always be prepared". Something "told" me to slow it down a little more when I heard a smack, then suddenly a car flew out of the lane to my right, about three car lengths ahead, twirled into my lane dead ahead of my car when suddenly:
The car was sitting sideways in front of me, and I knew that as big as this car is that I am driving there is no way, for escape, I saw the man's face and eyes looking straight at me with the expression of fear I still to this day can vision. I quickly looked to see if I could even attempt an escape to the left lane, (the right lanes were bumper to bumper and stopped) the lane to my had stopped, however the first car in the stopped line of cars, was far enough behind so that I would have room to move it over, going about at this point forty to fifty miles an hour I turned the wheel and realized that the front of this big ol boat I was driving was still going to take out the whole left front of the victims car and his car was small, real small.....all of a sudden I realized that I was past his car, and NOTHING HAPPENED. It felt as though someone, helped , someone picked up my car and placed it, guided it somehow around the victims and onto the other side of the scene. I even felt it all, it was the most graceful feeling of movement of the boat I was driving. I stopped got out, and about four people came up to me and asked how I did that, there was no spinning out, no brakes, no impact and no one got killed. No one could believe it and to this day, I know my guardian angel has a large hand in this.
Example : I was drving down a freeway quite late at night but early enough to where there was considerable traffic going my way , suddenly something told me to pull into the slow way down when out of no where this hail storm pelted the roads to the point honestly where no one could see a thing, nothing. You are in the middle, "I was in the fast lane" of the freeway, you are not familiar with this freeway and what do you do? You can't drive, you can't stop in the middle, as some people whether they could or not see would just keep driving. I stopped, being that I was somehow guided to slow down. The hail lasted only a minute, when it stopped, I realized that had I been going the speed before slowing down, prior to the hail, I would have not only slammed into a police car that was stopped just a hair in front of me, but if I had moved to the right and chanced the movement without any visiual, I would have ended up as one of many cars involved in a firery crash of a big rig just a couple car lengths down in the lane next to me.
Or the day I was traveling down the freeway and suddenly I felt a needt to slow down, (again in the fast lane) during the evening when out of no where the hood to the car in the slow lane to my right came straight across my the front of my windsheild!!! Never touched my window or my hood, had I not slowed down suddenly as I did, the hood would have come through the windshield and killed me.
I do believe I have a guardian angel, I have many many stories and none with exageration. Yes, I do believe.

Yes I do... I've had too many close calls and spiritual "moments". Some poeple call it divine intervention, some call it luck, some people ignore the signs right in front of them. But I believe in guardian angels.
