we all have skin, blood, and most importantly, a heart. what does it matter the color, as long as you love each other.

Sure the marriage may work, but then do you really want to bring children up in a society that won't except them because they are mixed. It would be ok if you don't plan on having kids.

No, nobody really wants to see mixed marriages. We are all predjudiced, no matter what anyone says. The ones who scream and yell about how "unpredjudiced" they are, are the worst ones.
I especially like the ones who say "some of my best friends are_________".
What a load of crap. We all talk, or at least think negatively about each others' races behind each others backs.
I know some of you will grandstand and call me names and maybe even report me, but I don't care!
This white boy is going to meet my half Korean, half Somolian girlfriend right now, and we're going to get nasty, and then afterwards, we'll go our seperate ways and not tell anyone.
Thanks for the points, and thanks for reading my rambling, nonsense. heheheh...........peace.

If it works or not is purely up to the two of you... get ready for the daily challenges of your relationship... the stares from the good ol' boys and the wispers behind your back and the sometimes uncalled for comments from your friends.. but only you can make you happy... follow your heart

not every marriage works. Even if you are mixed races or not. A marriage is a commitment between two people not two races.

It will work if both parties are mature and realize what they are getting into and what to expect. Different cultures have different customs and this can be celebrated and enjoyed or resented. Mutual respect is necessary.

ok umm some of the crap that those epople are sayin is bull shyt! Yes, mixed marriages do work if they truley love one another. I mean sure a lot of people may not advise whites and black going out 'cause they automattically dipict him/her being no good a thief blah, blah, blach and so on, or like this one of my best friends are panamanian and like throughout the years she's has always had a black bf, he daddy didnt mind cause he too is in a mixed marriage but her mama didnt tust em (daddy-white mama-panamanian) and all through middle school ive always heard a lot of people saying she needs to stick to her own kind and i was always like wtf!!!!! I was like grow the "f" up
I mean really does it matter!?!?!now were in high school and that childish crap still goes on. those who are against should just shut the "F" up and realize that it's gonna be there wether you like it or not and we need to move forward in todays society not back sooner or later the color of our skin won't even matter

I think that you are speaking of race right? If so, it is all good. I am puertorican/indian and my wife is italian and french and other stuff. Our kids are just, well....red blooded americans. My wife and I were both born in the states and we have a crap load of things in common. Our relationship just keeps gettin better as time goes by.
