I'd say, "Kathy, g.d. it, learn to f---ing spell!"
and "Lewis, get off your high horse, get over yourself and NOBODY is intimidated by you!!" The kid is 18, has had exactly ONE other job, and thinks people are intimidated by him!! HA!!
Also to Kathy-- "Get your damn teeth fixed! You look like a f---ing hick!!"

I have never held back on being confrontational. Not always screaming, waving arms..etc. But I tend to speak the truth, status means nothing to me.
