try doing a tax assessment search for your county. Ours has a aite where you can look up the property by address...find out who owns it and what the tax assessment price is for it and also what they paid for the property.

Go to county courthouse and ask the property accessor if they have any records of ownership on that parcel .Good Luck and hope this helps.
