If you deleted the file and emptied your Recycle Bin, there is hope that you could be a disk utility and recover some of it. But the less Free Disk Space that you have, the less likely that these files can be recovered.
But if these files are still in your Recycle Bin, just double click on it, and pick that file. Then hit the RESTORE button.

Many can be recovered by finding them in the recycle bin, right
click on them and click restore.
Also doing a "System Restore" will bring about anything back!
