A friend said it was announced by a radio station that the earth nearly clashed the moon in year nineties and that could happen again in about 210 years to come.

Its not true!..the moon remains in a constant orbit around the earth at about 240,000 miles!..However the current theory is that the moon is in fact part of the earth!..About 4.6 billion years ago [give or take] A Mars sized object struck the earth, and threw off into spave, detritise that congealed into the moon, and because of its effects on this planet, helped get life started!..

UNFOUNDED... It just could not happen UNLESS the earth or the moon was hit by an astroid so large that it would throw the earth.. or moon.. out of its normal orbit

actually moon is moving away from earth, so it won't be possible for moon to crash the earth.
