I would like to know where to start, i have a good idea and have read up and reseached by desired company type but need help with my business plan etc...

it gives you a good insight in starting out in business. It also references and recommends the following book "Financial Times" Guide to Business Start Up

Lullabelle if you cant fathom out the things your asking help with then I would forget it and save your money otherwise you will lose it because you have to be very inventive to start a business which you dont really know what it is at this stage and you need some practical experience which you suggest you don't have>You have to be POSITIVE with a good base to start from !good luck in what you decide
