I know what happened to the METS last night, but not the muts.
So Taguchi already had a pinch-hit HR in the NLDS for the Cards. Wagner just left a pitch in his wheelhouse. In the 100+ years of playoffs, no team has gone undefeated, so you shouldn't have gotten your hopes up. I'm sure the Mets will win the series and the World Series. So they'll go 11-1, that's pretty damn close to invincile.

It just goes to show you that neither the Mets nor the Cards have much depth in the rotations right now. It's going to depend on which lineup has the hotter bats. If Wagner continues to throw that fastball chest high they may not get out of St. Louis alive.

Not every series can have a sweep. The Tigers are looking invincible and I could see them sweeping the NL champ in the WS too.

I think twinkieman is all mixed up, it's the TIGERS that will go 11-1.

I actually predicted they would lose. It's just one game, I expect they will rebound in St. Louis. This should be a close series with the winner being determined in game seven.
