There are a lot of different factors when sentencing someone, including severity of crime, criminal history, probability of reoffending...It's impossible to say how long he'll be put away, and the court will most likely make him register as a sex offender, complete sex offender treatment including polygraphs and disclosures, not be around children or the victim, and parole.

that is up to the jugde, and a lot of it depends on the crime it's self. It is not your concern how long he will be in, or what will happen to him. You MUST report him. If you don't he will do it again, if not to you, than to someone else. Please, report him. now.

everything is up to the judge and the laws written previously. It could be anything for punishment.

IT DEPENDS ON HOW THE JUDGE AND JURY FEEL HE SHOULD BE IN. IT YOU CAN BRING EVIDENCE THAT CAN BACK UP YOUR CASE YOU'LL HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH TIME. I UNDERSTAND YOU PROBABLY WANT THE ELECTRIC CHAIR BUT THEY GO BY HOW BAD THE CRIME IS(NOT ALWAYS).
