Hmm i saw that one in the RTL television (germany) in a science show called Gallileo. This one happens because the leg and the body is seperated in two sides the right and the left. While you give from your left side a command and from the right side the mind confuses these two and always follows the second command (the mind is also seperated in right and left). To understand this you can see some people after a heart attack that they can not move their right hand or have a problem with the one side. This also happens wit organs that always the one of the two has problems and another amazing thing is if you look somebody else in the mirror. Are you not seeing him strange?like he has the one eye a little bit upper than the other?Or when you buy shoes and the one is unconfort not both. This one explains why your mind gets confused and follows the second direction.

Honestly? Mine didn't. But I have always been told that I make my sixes backward (starting at the inside point and spiraling out clockwise instead of starting at the top and spiraling in counterclockwise) Maybe that's why. Still, neat trick.

You weren't at the same 'learning styles' conference that I was at about a week or two ago, were you? I thought it was a lot of nonsense. I do think its funny watching people trying to do this though!
Have you tried the other one - where you touch your nose with the finger of one hand, ear with the other, then see how fast you can swap them before you either miss, hit your cheek or poke yourself in the eye. No liability accepted for injury, ok!

That's neat.
I've also heard where you turn your leg counterclockwise and your arm clockwise.
