I got a job in another country for 6 years now. Had to work morning 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. 25 days a month. Some times I feel very very lonely.

I have never felt lonely in my life. I think loneliness is a state of mind. I was also away from home for, well one year, and I worked, but I also visited all I could at that country. Every moment I would tour the area. Also, this is the perfect time to catch up on reading that book you have put off, or pickup a hobby. Whatever happens do not give into drink or drugs. Find a local group that you can relate to, I did. Get over this loneliness now before it drives you mad.

Aren't there any groups of people in your situation where you are? For example, for Americans who live and work in a foreign country, there are usually groups of people doing the same thing and they form clubs that meet for social events. Check at restaurants that serve the cuisine of your home country, sometimes the owners themselves are from the same country as you and they know other customers who are.
Can you get more days off? 25 days out of a month is alot. That's only about 1 day off a week.
Use Skype to call your family and friends on the Internet. It's very inexpensive, we use it to call people overseas.
6 years is a long time to be lonely. You might want to check into moving back home.

You have to decide if the job is worth it. If you need to come home and be around friends and family then do it.

Get a friend where you live now.
Or try going home. Maybe I'm wrong. What do you have to lose? Your job?

your only thingin on the good things back home but you should try and remember all the bad things and youl know why your no longer there
