I know exactly how you feel each month, I have been in that much pain I have been rushed to hospital cos couldnt move off the floor and my poor bf has had to literally carry me into bed cos I couldn't walk.
I have been to numerous doctors and they just say" you are one of the unlucky ones...after you have a baby things should be fine"...so sympathetic eh!?
The only thing I can suggest is making sure you have an abundance of pain killers (preferably on that has an anti-inflammatory in it like Brufen or Nurofen) and stack up on Heat pads, they are a total God send, it's like having a portable hot water bottle stuck to you stomach.
I always buy about 3 or 4 packets of Lilet Heat Pads just to make sure I have some on hand for whenever the pain hits.

You could have endometriosis. It is a condition that causes unusually painful periods. If you are cramping so bad that it is disrupting your normal day then you probably have it. You should go to you GYN and get checked for it. There are several options to help lessen the severity of the cramps. Unfortunately it does end up making it to where you will eventually have to have a hysterectomy. But usually not until your 40's.

Paracetamol is no good for cramps, IBUPROFEN is what you should use. It is in Advil or Aleve, and you should try to take it either the night before you start (if you know) or AS SOON AS you notice you have started.
My daughter found that this was the only thing that has helped, and like you, she had tried Everything! (Other drugs, heat, vit c....you name it)
Oh, and don't take it on an empty stomach, eat something with it.

there's a small danger that this could be Endometriosis, the place the liner of the womb gets re absorbed into the physique in the process the liner inflicting great discomfort and little bleeding. any significant exchange on your menstrual cycle could constantly be investigated by ability of a GP, make an appointment a.s.a.p

I use Aleve & a heating pad- otherwise maybe go on the pill like Yasmin- it helps lighten periods & lessens cramps, bloating etc.
or maybe your doc. could give you a prescription pain med for that time?
