The answer is B)False. first we must change radical 400 into a rational number, since it is a perfect square, radical 400 is equal to 20. next you must break down 20 into it's prime factors which is 4*5, 4=2*2, 20= 2*2*5 which are the prime factors and the product of the prime factors is 20. i hope i was able to help. good luck.

This is false.

Even though sqrt of 400 is 20, a product of primes is not 4 x 5 since 4 is not a prime number.

2 x 2 x 5 is a product of primes.
