yes they pay a lot less for the jeans, and in some circumstances they are made by the same company

EXCUSE ME Steven095 Tests were conducted for THE MONEY PROGRAM on The BBC and Primark's jeans were found to be of a higher quality than Levi's! In most areas it had stronger and more stitching, the only possible area of weakness was the pockets.
The reason Primark is so cheap is because they use China and Chinese money is worth a third of the $ and the $ is crap at the moment! Also they spend a lot less money on development, they just see someone's idea and make a cheap copy, lot less work!

Because the clothes made for Asda and Primark etc are made in sweatshops in third world countries where the workers do not get a living wage

because poepl will pay £50 for jeans. most people pay for the labels even thought there on the inside of the clothes, and knoebody will know.
