I have a 5 yearold son His name is Nick when we watch movies he sits on my lap i notice his tummy going up and down when he sits on my lap his tummy gose up and down when his tummy gose up and down does this mean he is catching his breath? or what dose it mean when his tummy is going up and down

this is obvious in child and that to obese
the males have Abdomino thoracic type of breathing and the females have thoraco abdominal breathing
this is normal.

he is breathing. the lungs fill with air and expands the stomach area. if this ever stops happening, he needs cpr
