How awful can it get? It can get pretty bad. When someone reaches rock bottom there are two ways people will go 1 either look for help or 2 take their own life.

How can things get any worse? There is always a chance things will get worse before they get better. Again the answer lies within the answer to the first part of the question.

Perhaps instead of dissecting everything to show the bad ,
try being a little more optimistic and check out all the angles.

Every time I face one of life's problems that causes the thought I'm not going to make it through this, I remind myself of one thing.
I remind myself of other times when I felt that way and yet I'm still here.
Obviously I made it through whatever it was.

My friends said CHEER UP,THINGS COULD BE WORSE,I DID AND SURE ENOUGH THEY GOT WORSE. one should not even look at negative thought. what thought you have "NOW" is the circumstance you have in the future.
