Even if I can't help too much, I'd say you definitely need it.

Commit yourself fully to it, remove all distractions. Take time to read back over what you've written. Have some weak to mild strength coffee or tea (strong stuff will have you humming off the ceiling and unable to sit still). Apparently Omega 3 supplements and ginseng / ginko biloba are supposed to help also. Or you could just eat some oily fish and make sure you get plenty of vitamins.

Mozart is supposed to help. Piano sonata K448, if you can stand to have the 25-minute piece playing three or four times a day.

Also lay off the booze and get into a proper sleep pattern.
Maybe investing in a dictionary would help you, or an assessment for possible dyslexia or learning difficulties (in which case, coloured glasses, audio books for learning, etc :)

First u need have to interest in whatever subject u learn.
to study maths the best is to write and see each and every
step in the problem.In every subject the best way is to write and see each and every question.relax ur mind .don't think
another matter other than ur subject.
