I think a mirror shows you what you want to see. Do you understand? Like if you look into a mirror and say I look so dam sexy! Then that's what the mirror will show you. If you look into a mirror and say I look fat, then that's what the mirror will show you.
But of course people will see you differently to what you saw in the mirror. They might say you look pretty, ugly, fat etc. But don't let that bring you down because what you see is the only thing that matters. ^_^ (Yes i know i bable on and on)

The mirror shows you what people see. But the lighting makes a difference, and so does the angle. From a mirror, you are usually looking at yourself straight-on. Other people see you from the side and odd angles.

I honestly think you don't see what you really look like in the mirror. Have you ever seen a picture of yourself and been surprised by it? How about a video? I've also noticed that when I see myself in a mirror, like at a store, or my reflection in a window that I see myself differently than at home.

You see what the mirror shows you; people see you as you want them to see you, for good or for ill. It is, after all, a matter of perspective, right? I hope you don't need to be reminded that vanity always backfires on the vain.

Mirrors show you your physical appearance. But everyone views you differently.

we tend to be critical of ourselves. Never worry about your weight, it's just a number.
Although, I do have one mirror at my home that makes me look funny no matter what. Don't rely on your reflection in mirrors. If you like it, wear it.

Greetings!
In reaility it is you that sees a different picture of yourself. To better understand this concept, read my late friend R.D. Laing's book titled Politics of the Family.
Good Luck
PS you still look good, I bet!

NO, we all have a self image. A photograph is a better way to see what we really look like

I've always wondered about that....people tell me I look a certain way but I don't always see it. It is absolutely strange to think about. It doesn't matter what other people say though, you are beautiful.
