You need money..celebs won't perform for free.
example: Beyonce wanted 1.5 million dollars to perform ONE song at a girl's sweet sixteen.
You need contacts.
You need to know people in the buisness.
Try contacting B5 and Chris Brown's agency.
Call the agency and see wsup.
