If you are 23 weeks then you are 6 months pregnant. when you go to the dr. they should tell you how many months you are. but if you don't want to ask then here is the chart that i used when i was pregnant:
conception (6weeks)1 month
7-10 weeks- 2 months
11-14 weeks- 3 months
15-18 weeks- 4 months
19-22 weeks- 5 months
23-26 weeks- 6 months
27-30 weeks- 7 months
31-34 weeks- 8 months
35-40 weeks- 9 months and then is delivery!!!!so i hope this helps you out a little i know it kept me encouraged and ready to have my daughter!

well a pregnancy is 10 LUNAR months

A LUNAR month is EXACTLY 4 weeks(but we ALL know REGULAR months aren't EXACTLY 4 weeks)

So 4 weeks goes into 23 weeks almost 6 times(6x4=24)...but not quite. So it goes into 23 evenly 5 times(5x4=20)..So that leaves a remainder of 3 weeks

So you are 5 LUNAR months 3 weeks pregnant!! OR 5 3/4 LUNAR month pregnant!!! or 1 week shy of 6 LUNAR months(this is what I would tell people!!)

a preganncy is exactly 10 LUNAR months long(well some women do deliver earlier or later)

You are about 5 1/2 months pregnant. You should know what your little bean is by now or should know soon enough. How exciting. They are such a joy to have. It's tough at first but it's worth it.
Good luck & Congratulations!!!
