If you have PCOS your doctor should have already checked your insulin levels. PCOS and insulin resistance go hand in hand, and unchecked or mismanaged insulin resistance can later become type 2 diabetes. On your next PCOS-management visit, ask for your insulin levels and if they did not run them please make sure they do an insulin read and an A1C read, which is (very simplified here) sort of an average of your blood sugar levels over the last few months.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

check your bllod sugar level it is best to check it when you are fasting for instance dont eat anything after 10 o clock at night then check it first thing in the morning or wait 2 hours after you have eaten and check it. normal blood sugar levels are 80-120 if under 80 you could have hypoglycemia which is to low. so add juice to your diet or fruit.if over 120 that means watch your sugar intake. that is a diabetic reading. you can control it with diet and excercise. I am a diabetic and I watch what I eat and control it that way.but if your sugar readings are between 80-120 you are fine keep check on it. good luck . I hope this helps

I'm 5' 4", 55Kgs and my blood sugar levels normal through routine medical check-up. Recently I was hospitalise due to high fever. After going through many test the docs suspected that I have bacterial infection, given me medications and put on drips with glucose contain. However, I'm not getting any better. Finally, they test me for diabetes. And test confirmed that I'm level 1 diabetes. Docs change the drips without glucose contain and the next two days, I'm back on my feet again.

it dont sound like diabetes as your blood sugar is fine, it could be an hormonal problem brought on by your pcos.

I should say no as you are not fat. If you want to know for sure then take some blood and urine tests at the doctor.
