I came to US for 11 months, I had learned English in Vietnam for 6 years. But My English still really weak. I dont know if I have an ambition or not, there is a lot of good students here with huge of knowledge in English language. However, I really want to attend in PSAT test because it's the ony chance for me to get scholarship. Am I right in this way to go for my future? (I'm 16).And I dont know much about the difference between them.
In math, WIll I get more point if I solve the problem more logical and interesting? I mean a way to solve problem is not simply. Or I Just get the same point if I solve it right ?

Have you tried talking to your high school guidance counselor or an admissions counselor on this? There is an alternative for non native speakers of English on the testing. They could help you find the right testing to do this.

There are excellent SAT study guides, do the practice test to get an idea of how wel you will score. Planning ahead and using a study guide for several months before the actual test would be best approach. If you don't have time look in the study guide for instructions and direction or strategies. Public and school libraries usually have study guides.
