What is George Allen's problem. First, he uses 'MAKAKA" to address a young man. And denies he knew it was a racial slur from North Africa (by the way his mother is from North Africa). Then he brings up the fact that he just found out he is part Jewish, and dosen't sound so happy about it, offending Jewish voters. Why didn't anyone just tell him to Shut Up?

I don't care if Allen wins or loses.
I'm just wondering how people hired to be political advisors, have failed to advise him correctly.

I agree.

George Allen is a racist......turned Jew.

It's rediculius to make a racial insult....then turn around, and claim your a minority. A POLITICAL TRICK FROM A DESPERATE MAN.

If George Allen's advisors *aren't* telling him to try and be less...less...*himself*, then, yes, he should indeed fire them!

I'm guessing his advisors didn't tell him to call the kid the name, to suddenly discover his inner jew and seem he wished he hadn't, to have all these people from his past come along and recall racist remark after racist act, etc.

I think there's little a strategist can do here...he seems to be just kinda 'outthere', which is appealing for a politician in many ways, but no so much when the stuff inside that he can't help but let out is dank and nasty and reeks...
better to learn it all sooner rather than later for anyone who would have considered supporting him...

Let's see if I've got this right:

1 - You don't like George Allen and would prefer for him to lose,
2 - You don't like the fact that Allen's advisers are doing everything possible to help him lose, and
3 - Allen is going to lose and you're unhappy about that fact.

I'd say that you're one dazed and confused puppy!
