I advise you to rest and to see your doctor at once. Having puffy eyes at the same time an urine infection is abnormal...
I don't have any experience of that kinds of diseases but I'm sure that your body systems are not functioning well...
I also advise you to take URINE TEST...

Be regular for everything. Wake-up at regular timings, take a break fast, lunch, dinner at regular timings. Enough walk at morning is must. You will be fine after a week.
