dude, grow some balls, then you might pass puberty and figure out the basic human truths most adults know.
and, well.... overall... it's just hormones. same way as when someone p*sses you off, you might get a 'red mist' and be ready to cave their head in, but calm down quickly later and not fully understand why you were like that (adrenaline). or you could suffer chronic depression, which pretty much turns you into someone else (cortisone and other nasty stuff - i've dipped through it before).
for her, it's a rush of oestrogen, progesterone and other things that control the menstrual cycle, but also screw your mind up a little bit. not to mention the cramps, the bleeding (YOU think it's gross? she's the one with chunky salsa uncontrollably dribbling from her foo-foo three days a month. have a heart man), having to deal with tampons, body temperature and bloating issues, etc etc.

Her hormone levels are at their peak and all competing to do their job. It's common to a certain extent for all women. Just give her some space and don't p+ss her off at any cost. Just remember if you had blood comming out of your private part, swollen abdomen, and tender breasts, you'd probably be a b+tch too.

Get yourself familiar with the menstrual cycle and make an effort to really understand everything about it. It's part of growing up. Before grasping as much poontang as you can, you should grasp as much information as you humanly are able to concerning female anatomy and physiology.

She is probably crying because you are not at all smart enough to even try to be understanding and fail to grasp the idea that hormones can be frustrating experiences.
