first of all, GREY is THE color for fall from denim to wool to accessories. Also, dark burgundy, earth brown, ink blue (paired with black, actually), mustard, gold, violet. Think rich and dark.

Styles of skirts... silhouette-wise, look for a tight bell curving from a small waist. The slightly flared A-line shape is great too. And pleats are in. Also the tight skirt with volume at the hem -- very chic. This look is particularly good with a mini. A thigh-high skirt with a 70s feel keeps it youthful. Just make sure your shoes have a platform heel. And jersey is in for day and night esp with opaque tights.

Suggestion... head to Club Monaco. They have a great selection right now.

Lol I know how you feel.I cant wear beige either. Well not real mini skirts but in between but like have it a toned down red or like a salmon color.Lol kinda ugly colors but everyone I see is wearing those colors.with those black leggings. And when you cant wear beige try wearing blue colors and stuff tha treally brings out your natural skin color.well Goodluck!

For this fall season:
Casual: any mini (cotton or denim) with solid color leggings.
Formal: to the floor length one piece dresses, strapless in black.

Best colors:
green, white, blue, black
Have fun with fashion. Try a long shirt too with a big bright belt over leggings!

Skirt style depends on your size & shape. fit- Fit - FIT!!!

Fall Season: Chocolate Brown - Goes with all colors.
Late Fall: Charcoal Grey & Light Grey's- Goes with all colors.

I love autum. I pair chocolate brown with green & royal blue & brown (leaf print) top & a royal blue cami. The same chocolate brown goes great with a deep orange, red's, and pale purples. Last year, chocolate brown & salmon pink were great together ... this is kinda timless, but not as in-fashion as super bright darker oranges.

Pencil skirts are becoming more and more popular. You can choose a top that would look best for your particular figure. Wedge heels are in vogue. I would match the skirt to the shoes because the other way around is harder to find.

I am not a fashion guru by any stretch of the imagination, although I would always advise against hitching your skirt up to your waits in public places, it just draws attention to yourself.
