My CRP 3505 of 2002 was disposed by A.P.High Court on 13-June-2006 Under Article 227.

Though there is a time limit for filing appeal in Supreme Court.You can still file an appeal alongwith an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal giving proper grounds of delay.Supreme Court normally condones the delay in filing appeal.However, on merits 90% of Appeals filed in Supreme Court are dismissed on first day itself as Supreme Court issues notices only in those cases where it finds that there is prima facie case for admitting appeal.

What country's supreme court? In the U.S., you have 90 days from the final ruling of a Circuit Court of Appeals to appeal to the Supreme Court.

Ninety days is the time limit for filing an SLP.
