you can do it through Flickr
here is the link http://www.flickr.com/
all you do is after you have scanned your pictures into the computer go to flicker and get your self a free account with them. then just follow there instructions. it is very easy.
I just got one a few days ago. it really is easy.
also the file or folder can be chosen.
if you forgot wich folder, then just click "start", then "search", then put the name of the photo in the search bar. the comptuer will bring it for you. right click onto your picture and then click "open folder" after it opens the folder with that picture in it, look at the top on that window page...it will actually say the name of the folder at the top of it. that is the folder your picture is in.

Well if you have geocities for your own web, then you go to a button that says" Manage" go to the section called"File Management Tools" and they'll give you three choices. Click on upload files. Read the instructions. It can only hold up to 5.0 MB. Your files need to be in a computer folder there you can check how big your file is. If it's over than 5 MB then it wont accept it.

You need to save your pictures to a main file that you can easily recognize. Then, when you want to put them on the web, where you enter the address of the picture, it usually has a button that says browse. Click that and it will briong up another browser that you can select your file with the pictures in. Click that and then you can clikc enter or submit on the webpage and there you go.
Hope this helps.

I am guessing it will be a grid to draw a picture from. Why not print a grid onto a transparent sheet, and put that over top of a photograph.
