Two blocks are arranged where M1 is on a table and M2 is hanging off of the table. The 2 blocks are connected by a string over a pulley on the edge of the table. The pulley can be considered to be massless, and friction is negligible. M1 is four times more massive than M2. If the system is released from rest, how far will M1 travel in 0.919s?

I can't figure out the question without the masses. All I know is that F=ma... but even then I can't use time without another value. (vfinal = vinitial(0) = at

Place your own values of weight on M1 and M2. Consider M1 to be 4 lbs and M2 to be 1 lb. Apply the gravitational constant and you should be good to go...by the way, I have no idea what I'm talking about.
