we have used it on a test engine on our shop, after the oil was sent to the lab we had some crazy numbers come back.The oil was high in sodium-high enough to be corrosive.

My son has ran his 81 Chevy Luv on McDiesel. You don't convert the vehicle you filter the oil. He said it worked the same as regular diesel except he got hungry for a Mac and fries. It takes special filtration equipment to make it work.
