First, you can get a tank, or a tee that says "Punk rocker" or "Rock" on it. If it gets to cold, then put a BLACK jacket on. Then, see if you can find any BLACK pants that have chains on them. Hot Topic is a GREAT store to buy this stuff because it is ONLY for Punk Rockers and ,Goths, which "scare" me.lol. So, then, after you get the pants, look for a pair of Converse All-Stars. Look for the pink and BLACK ones. Any one with BLACK in it will do just fine. The reason that I am caps locking on "BLACK", it's because black is one of the MAIN colors of Punk Rockers. After you get the shoes, you can go to a store, any that cells make up and hair streakers, and you can put lipstick on. Then, you can go look for your BLACK hair streaker (the kind that washes out when you take a shower) Then, when you go to Hot Topic, get a spikey choker, or a spikey bracelet. Okay Lets see for a punk rocker look you need
Fishnets.
Converse or back boots [with a heel]
Ripped band shirt of some kind, like the ramones or something
short jean miniskirt with rips
black eyeliner with a green, blue, or red eyeshadow thats really thick
Chokers , long necklaces
and maybe wash out Red && purple highlights
will give u the full effect.
everyone thinks black is the color for the punk look but it isn't its colorful and mied with black. im saying reds, purple's and lime greens!

Go to a charity shop and buy a cheap dress and a pak of nappy pins. Rip the dress in a few places, then put the pins in,Purple lipstick and nail polish,Or wear a large garbage bag with a few pins in.

Get one of those plaid skirts they r all wearin with black fish nets a rock tee shirt or a black t with tears in it to give it the I don't give a freak look with some black army boots.And lots of black eye makeup.
