Had the left kidney taken out on the end of a long shard of metal following a bike prang, like a cocktail sausage on the end of a long stick LOL.

The hole was tiny but they put this huge great cut in right across my side and half way up my back to sort things out. It must be close to three or four feet long if you can picture a hook-shaped scar stretched out straight

Actually, that came close to killing me. So I'd have to say that was the biggest medical thingy because the spike did quite a bit of other damage on the way in and when it came out.

Well I had to have my appendix out so that's been my biggest medical procedure to date.

I had four teeth removed from my gums when I was about nine years old - My teeth were too crowded in my mouth, so the dentist recommended that I have those removed. I feel very blessed that I've never had a serious injury or illness that I needed surgery for :)

Nothing really major, spinal tap, mri, medications through IV. Oh yeah, and gave birth & took a whole lot of stitches.

Had my sinuses flushed out twice , they take a needle and stick it up through the roof of your mouth into the sinus cavity and then they pump salt-water into them . Not a lot of fun .
