im assuming by toolbar you mean the bar down the left hand side and im assuming this is an orange phone? the toolbar cant be removed unless you debrand the phone by flashing it. orange apply their own software to smart phones which puts this bar on and cant be taken off, unless the orange software is removed. there is however a rumour that if yo uinstall the chinese language pack on symbian phones it does remove the branding
