It 's spam. You should never reply to spam email or click a link in spam email. If you do, the spammers know they have a legitimate email address and will sell it to other spammers and you'll be inundated with more spam!

this sounds a little worrying?... private email for lottery? Stay away
do a google search for "euromillions" there is infact a lottery yes. costs £1.50

If you get an e-mail saying you have won a lottery that you never entered, throw it away. It is spam.
