okay well im 5'8 1/2 im pretty tall im only 14 years old.. i weigh 145 pounds... im not fat but like guys are always like wow your tall and i hate it!!! and sometimes they like wont go out with me because im taller then them!!! ughhhh and when i wear my sneakers i look 6 feet!!!

My mate is 6' tall in her bare feet. And it's wonderful for me; I stand over 6' 8" tall in bare feet.
Have you any idea how hard it is for fellas like me to find physically compatible mates???
True, it isn't always easy being normal in a world full of little people. But if you do reach 6' you'll one day make somebody very happy indeed.
Focus on the postive and celebrate your normality. Because if your height is the only problem you face you have so many more blessing to be counting than some other poor souls.
Life is far too short to get hung up about what you can't change.
Dedicate your life to making the most of what you are :o)

I'm not a guy, but i can say this, girl, don't worry about your height or weight, eye or hair color! People (well, GUYS) will love you whatever you are, not because you're short, skinny, blue-eyed blonde. Actually, lots of guys like tall girls (I also know that because I'm short - 5'5'', so some tall guys don't like that)! Whatever - trust yourself and just don't try to be what you're not! Girl, don't distress about your appearance, because that "only one" will like you no matter are you tall or not!

My daughter was 6 feet tall in high school. She had similar problems. Don't let them get to you, you are a special creature. Be proud of your height and use it to your advantage. Cultivate your image, use good posture and never ever be ashamed to stand tall. The right guy will come along, don't worry about that. The one's that are intimidated aren't worth your time anyway.

Dont worry darl. In a few years they will have caught up in height and wont feel so insecure around a taller woman. Well, you wont necessarily be taller then.
Girls are usually always taller at 14.

hmmm...i think its just normal for guys to react like that...and i mean it may be a shame to guys if the girl they are with is taller than them....u know, that it is not so good to see a woman alot taller than a guy....
and also guys are shy when they are with girls taller than them...
but it is really good to be tall....you will realize it in the future....

145 pounds...n 5'8....ur not fat.....i m 14 too n i m 5'7....they call me tall2 ....itz never been a problem.there are way taller guys than me....plz don't tell me there z no guy taller than 5'8!!u shud love being tall!accept urself.be happy.which country are u frm??????

Those guys r just insecure about their own height.
Besides, there r plenty of tall guys, just look up instead of down; u'll find them.
