I truthfully have been a heel lover for as long as i can keep in mind. a rapid time decrease back I lost a leg and use crutches many of the time. I think probably they do. If your horse has an imbalance it can be corrected w/ the footware so that the horse stands correctly. Kinda like they have for people when one leg is slightly longer than the other.
