Walls worked good.....500 years ago!

It is a waste of money, and effort. If we build a 10 foot wall, someone will build an 11 foot ladder. We need a stronger INS.

I call the wall....the Berlin Wall of America.

No it did not stop the East Germans did it? I don't care who immigrates here as long as it is done legally. I hate being lied to and this business that they are taking jobs that no else wants is a out and out lie. I also hate that they don't pay taxes while taking everything we offer the needy. The other day at a conference I voiced my opinion as to what could be done. I don't mean to be bragging as that is not like me but from what I have been told they liked my suggestion so much they took a vote and it won with 97% of the vote. They even went so far as to ask if they could pass it along to others including politicians in our two states Virginia and Maryland. I of course don't care, I am married and I am used to not having an opinion. :-0

It was and is very easy and is so simple it could actually be carried out. Anyone hiring a illegal alien gets one year mandatory jail time; anyone renting a car, room or home to a illegal gets 6 months mandatory jail time. Both have $1500 to $2000 fines. It was felt enacting the law might be sufficient for resolving the problem but it would assured with the first person to be charged. God Bless You and the Southern People.

This Congress genuinely had a reliable plan. They have been going to penalize any company that ought to no longer instruct valid social secure practices numbers to Immigration, and that they could have ninety working days to instruct their workers have been legal. Nope.. did no longer take place. The Social secure practices workplace printed that many Anericans SS numbers must be off via one digit... and businesses must be firing legal voters. So, Congress pronounced... properly, restoration that. SS workplace pronounced it could be too costly and could take years. So, the immigration challenge will proceed. yet what many individuals do no longer understand is how rampant identity theft is. Many are sharing their SS numbers with an unlawful immigrant and don't understand it. individuals ought to call their nearby SS workplace and characteristic their addresses prevalent. If Joe Smith's handle shows up as 15211 Burrito Bouvelard, Apt. # 21, then Joe has a huge challenge on his palms.

I don't think that it's purpose is to stop it. I believe that forcing people to use the many entrances available to enter legally is the point. It will slow down the action and put in question the Mexican Government to make a move. Illegals will not stop until we enforce the laws we have on companies that employee illegals. The fence is one step in that direction. Our Congress Representatives need to put their politics aside and work on protecting their citizens and not their wallets. This goes to both parties.

A wall would be a great start, and nothing in common with the Berlin wall as some idiots would have you beleive. Unlike the Berlin wall, people can still get in, LEGALLY..

Nope. The wall is dumb and expensive. If people want to get through, they will find a way. The solution lies in fixing the economic injustice. That'll stop the immigration.

No. Prosecute the employers that hire them and fine them heavily. Put the illegals in a labor camp to do some good for our country and don't pay them.

Going after the people who profit by hiring these exploited people would help. Take the profit away, and there would be no reason for them to come.

If our government would stop pandering to them with all their benefits and free social programs, a lot would not be here.
