Here in the UK it seems that you can't do anything without some one claiming about discrimination. Age, colour, religion, nationality, accent! Pendants etc. It's all getting all out of hand.
So how long do you think it'll be for someone to claim discrimination because he/she couldn't go for a particular job because he/she didn't have the qualifications required!???

The value of qualifications is going down and down. Soon, you will be preferred if you DON'T have any qualifications. That is the state of the education system, here. So, it will be those with qualifications who are complaining about discrimination. Will that make any difference? I don't think so.

That time will only come when students become serious in their various studies as for now many care for their looks than books.

Here in the States it is the same way I don't have any answers
