though i study well throughout the year, i ll get hellota tensed.

what should i do? because of this i am not able to revise well.

The same thing used to happen with me.Used to study all the way through and then used to get nervous at the time of exams and used to get less marks than what I expected.Then I just decided that I am not gonna put any pressure on myself and just get through the exam.I stopped setting goals for myself as to how many marks I want to get.Used to watch a bit TV in between study and went for a walk with my friends. So do what you enjoy, it surely helps to ease the nerves.

First. If you have taken notes for your classes your notes are your best resources, and help you process information easier. Sometimes when you see it in your own hand writting it seems to help. I have gone as far as recording answers or information on a cassette and sleeping with it one for three nights before the exam. Here is what I have learned. If you pay attention in class , ask questions, and do research you will have no problems and should not sweat the exam. Do no worry you have the information in your head. Clam down and just apply what you have learned.

If u r confident that u hve studied well then there is nothing to worry.But still one more advice:never tell anyone or solve their doubts on the day of the exam.So study well And STAY HAPPY

practice sabasan (yoga) and laugh at yourself as and when
you like . If not by choice force it upon yourself.

stay calm and just read. listen to songs.
