Get someone to do it while your eyes are closed. Or if alone. Close your eyes and count to three. Pull it off at three no matter what! Then you can scream.

A warm to hot shower has always worked well for me.... It doesn't really hurt the skin so much as ripping the hair out of the skin!! You have to spend about 15 minutes in the shower for this to be really effective. And DON'T go slow, that only exacerbates the pain!! Hope this helps and from past experience.... Ouch!!

i have the answer. soak in hot water first then get a shaving razor and work it underneath the tape trying to shave off the hair that is stuck to the tape. keep working it, dont be afraid to ruin your razor. it will come off painlessly.

Wet it or apply ice. Be careful if the tape is in the inner bisceps. That area is really delicate and may come off with the tape.

Go to the pharmacy and ask for some Zoff - it dissolves the adhesive and the tape comes off easily.

Use warm water and soak it first. Then remove very gently.
