I recently had to call my midwife and have this question answered myself. I knew that you could only take tylenol. My problem was that I got a migraine-I haven't had those since before my first child was born, she told me I could take any form of Tylenol, including Tylenol PM. Sorry, no advil or ibuprofin, or aspirin. The sickness bands have been known to work on some people with the nausea, something called Emetrol, and dramamine. Hope this helps and congrats!

Hi. You can take Tylenol and Tylenol PM. I took maybe 2 Tylenol PM's a week, but only if I was not sleeping at all, like 4 hours a night. Then I would take one the next night and sleep like a baby. I have not had to take Tylenol for anything yet, but if I had to, I would. Unfortunately, I think you just have to live through the nausea. Vanilla ice cream helped sooth my tummy.

I agree with most of the ladies here, Tylenol. Ask your doctor just to be on the safe side. Also, if headaches is a concern, try alternative methods before reaching for that bottle of Tylenol.

I would be leary of taking the Tylenol PM while pregnant. I would call your OB/GYN to be sure. They will be happy to take your call. You don't want to harm your unborn child.
Have a happy and healthy 9 months!

You need to consult your doctor before taking pain medications. Try drinking peppermint, or ginger tea for your upset stomach.
