i have a question the movie when the big lady which name Kathy Lamkin sat at the table with the mother
ate some good chocolate what did she mean i know they ate people anyone knows?

She was just talking about plain old chocolate truffles I think. I think the point of the scene, two old ladies talking about normal cup-otea thigs while an injured girl is tied up under the table like a pig about to be butchered was to emphasize the psychopathicness of the whole situation.
