You have a gender nonconformity. It is also called gender identity disorder if you also have attractions to same gender, you could get ssi perhaps if it causes dysfunction in you. Talk to your parents about having a gender nonconformity if you can, and if you can not tell them you are depressed and need to see a doctor, then talk to the doctor in private and confidentially.

there are a few way to do it
1) take female hormones this helps you grow breast
but this can lead to erectile dysfunction as she male like to still use there male hood
2) you can get plastic surgery /breast implants and change your face if it needed to this means your body would still grow hair like a male dose and erections still come like a normal man
of course you can go wild with plastic surgery but that is just the tip of the iceberg
