You should wait to borrow the baby bunny when it's older. Let it grow and get the nutrients and mother's love that it needs. However, I would think at 2 -3 weeks it would be fine as and by then the baby bunnies will have to be separated boys from girls as baby bunnies will have baby bunnies before you know it.

If it hasn't been weaned, then no, it will likely not survive.

If you find a baby rabbit who needs help, there are milk substitutes that you can get at most pet stores. This will definitely INCREASE its chances for survival, but it's still not a guarantee.

There's no reason to force a baby rabbit into that situation, though, if the mother is still available for nursing. Wait until it's weaned; it'll be more enjoyable to play with by that point anyway.

It will not survive... kittens (baby rabbits) need their mother's warmth, milk, and care for at least the first two months of life. Why would you "borrow" a kit anyway?

DON'T DO IT!

Take the rabbit to a vet for a checkup. save him snugg and heat besides, and supply him milk for now. As he gets older feed him specific rabbit food, and water. in case you provide him a lot of affection, he''ll stay to old age. p.s. in the experience that your making plans on preserving him, attempt giving him a recognition. stable success :)

Not a good idea... but it does depend on the age of the baby, under 8 weeks they will be prone to digestive problems which can often be fatal.

Don't do that. It needs to stay with its mom until it is about 8 weeks old. If you take it away now it will die.

ummm NO. dont do something SO STUPID. it wont survive unless it's past 2 months old. anytime before that, you might as well throw it into a pot of boiling water.
