May or may not be. Many times when players move they do not do so well. They also may not like where they are going.
It can be the exact opposite for the bottom two as well.

Only time will give the answer. Mostly it depends on how you feel about it. If that is what you want then it probably is a good deal for you.

Does seem a little strange unless there is a not more you are giving as well.
