duh i knw a clean workplace is healthy i need 2 know the ways hazards can arise...any examples please?

You need to first research all the things that come under the heading "poor working conditions".

A good start would be to look at working conditions in the industrial revolution. Once you understand what these are you will be able to understand the hazards that will arise.

A few quick examples:

Working long hours while operating machinery - if you are tired you make mistakes, fall asleep etc and thats when injuries happen.

Working short-staffed - you cut corners - don't put things away, ignore safety procedure - an accident happens.

Lack of proper safety equipment - another accident.

Blocked fire escapes, no fire extinguishers - bye bye workers when something catches alight.
